Board of Trustees
Meeting November 20, 2006
Present: Roland Ochsenbein, Bob Zak, Chris Sterling
The meeting convened at 6:05 p.m.
MBLC Contract:
A motion was made and seconded that the trustees sign the MA Public Library Program agreement. It was unanimously passed.
Library Construction Committee:
Roland is checking into getting a facilitator to get the LCC up and running as soon as possible. A motion was made, seconded, and passed unanimously to give Roland the authority to engage a facilitator for up to the sum of $500.
John Rodenheiser and Roland are putting together a binder of information for the committee.
Roland will look into meeting space for the committee. He will also be the temporary chair of the committee for the first few meetings.
